Terms & Conditions for Wholesale Orders

Welcome to Shako Clothing. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders:
All orders must be placed through our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp.
Orders are confirmed once a team member contacts you and the payment is received.

2. Pricing:
Product prices are listed in the order confirmation. Bulk pricing or custom order pricing may vary and will be confirmed before production.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Standard products: 24 pieces per product (12 pieces per color variant if applicable). Custom products: As agreed with Shako Clothing

4. Payment:
Accepted payment methods: Bank Wire (SWIFT), MoneyGram, Western Union
Payment must be confirmed before production begins

5. Shipping & Delivery:
Shako Clothing ships worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or other trusted partners
Delivery times: Sea shipment (1–4 months), Air shipment (7–15 days). Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and import duties

6. Returns & Quality:
All products undergo quality control before shipment. Returns or complaints must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Custom orders cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Liability:
Shako Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier, or other third parties

8. Changes to Terms:
Shako Clothing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Buyers will be notified via WhatsApp or email of any major changes.
